We are looking for a dedicated Cicis Shift Leader to join our team at Cicis Pizza. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing shift operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, and delivering top-quality products and services to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in restaurant operations, including food preparation and customer service.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, utilizing feedback to enhance operations and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and train team members, maintain staffing levels, and promote a positive, guest-centered atmosphere.
• Drive sales through exceptional service, product training, and efficient use of POS systems.
• Maintain inventory levels, manage cash, and uphold safety and security standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the capability to work independently.
• Proficiency in handling phones and computers.
