Construction Cost Project Analyst

Join ALDI as a Construction Cost Project Analyst and be a part of one of the fastest growing retailers in the nation. In this role, you will work with the National Real Estate Services team to manage construction costs on a national level. Collaborating with divisional real estate teams, you will evaluate construction bids, provide pricing data, conduct bid analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with project scopes and regional cost trends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Construction Managers to develop negotiation points with contractors.
• Prepare detailed bid analysis and pricing reports for divisional teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternatives for more economical construction practices.
• Monitor market pricing and provide pricing forecasts.
• Assist in training and developing team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, construction cost indices, and RS Means software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
