Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities

- Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.
- Meet physical demands of stocking and store maintenance.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
