Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain neat displays
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain store security
  • Follow company policies and procedures with attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
