Job Description
Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist, where you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain neat displays
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain store security
- Follow company policies and procedures with attention to detail
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
- Work effectively in a team environment
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
