Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cashier, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback on products, and report any issues
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
