We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assistance during shopping experiences
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management
  • Conduct inventory counts as per guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
  • Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining security and confidentiality
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
  • Capability to interpret and apply company policies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
