Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assistance during shopping experiences
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Conduct inventory counts as per guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
- Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining security and confidentiality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
- Capability to interpret and apply company policies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
