Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. This full-time role involves merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with exceptional service.
Job Type
- Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage
- $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain a neat store appearance
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
