Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring smooth store operations. Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy and organized store environment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with the store management team.
  • Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy in stock levels.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older to be employed in this role at Aldi.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, handle merchandise, and operate store equipment safely.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in retail is preferable but not required.
