We are currently seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including cashiering, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Assist customers and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
