Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise products and maintain store appearance.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Operate cash registers and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
