Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and competencies
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
- Assist customers with their shopping needs
- Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively
- Provide feedback on products and inventory
- Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
- Prior retail experience is preferred
