Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, stocking products, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
