Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and assist in inventory management.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and organized store environment.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, handle merchandise, and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
