Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience desirable.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capable of meeting physical demands and lifting requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
