Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, cashiering, and contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer shopping experience by providing excellent customer service.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service.
  • Experience operating retail equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
  • Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
