Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your contributions will enhance the overall customer shopping experience and uphold the standards of our company.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash register efficiently and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
