Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring the store operates smoothly.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Wage: $15.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Knowledge of equipment operation and cleaning standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
