Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
