Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi, where you will play a key role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and customers have an exceptional shopping experience. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for cashiering, stocking shelves, providing top-notch customer service, and collaborating with the store team.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain attractive displays.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of lifting and stocking items up to 45 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
