Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service, merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly, process customer purchases, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback on products, and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely, interpret and apply company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
