Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ALDI's core competencies and standards.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and report feedback to management.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure cash handling compliance.
  • Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
