Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain neat displays
  • Provide attentive customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management
  • Report product feedback, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues
  • Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
  • Adhere to company procedures, policies, and security measures
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Experience in general cleaning and maintenance
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient multitasker
  • Meet all necessary state and local requirements

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
