Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain neat displays
- Provide attentive customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management
- Report product feedback, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
- Adhere to company procedures, policies, and security measures
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Experience in general cleaning and maintenance
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient multitasker
- Meet all necessary state and local requirements
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
