Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's appearance and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties as required.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and following cash policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Experience in retail environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
