Join our team at Aldi as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Position Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring a clean environment.
- Contribute to inventory management and store security.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capacity to work independently and in a team setting.
