Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies
  • Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior retail experience preferred
