Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
