Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
