Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently, adhere to cash policies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, uphold security measures, and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older and able to handle physical demands of the role.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
