As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at ALDI, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, processing purchases, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
