Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stock management. You will collaborate with team members to ensure the store is well-organized and stocked, while providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
