Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to uphold company standards and deliver top-notch customer service.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
  • Comply with company policies and procedures while maintaining document security

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Prior work experience in retail is preferred
