Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's inventory is stocked, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and assist with inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
  • Follow all company policies while maintaining document security

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
