Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines consistently
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
  • Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
  • Capability to perform general cleaning duties
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
