Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your collaborative work with the Aldi team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering tasks and process customer purchases.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
