Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational concerns
  • Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
  • Adhere to company policies, maintain security, and ensure data confidentiality
  • Perform general cleaning tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Proficiency in customer service and cash register operations
  • Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
