Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Maintain tidy product displays and shelves, and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security measures.
  • Participate in inventory management activities and contribute to inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Ability to operate equipment like a cash register, hand jack, floor scrubber, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
