Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Your role will involve collaboration with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and support shoppers during their visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and security standards
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and various equipment
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
