Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a valued team member, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient cash register operation
  • Experience in retail and operating equipment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
