Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Participate in inventory management and cash handling procedures
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
  • Capable of maintaining cleanliness to company standards
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior retail experience preferred
