Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash policies, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Aptitude to safely use equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
