Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
