Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your role will involve merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to an efficient store operation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively
• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Combination of education and experience equivalent
