Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver prompt and courteous customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on product issues.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures for store security.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience in retail and familiarity with general cleaning duties preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
