Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
