Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stocking of merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy in stock levels.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
