Job Description
As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the Aldi team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism by adhering to ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain displays, and deliver outstanding customer service
- Communicate clearly with team members and store management
- Participate in inventory management and cashiering duties
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and security
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and multitask effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
