Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism by adhering to ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, maintain displays, and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Communicate clearly with team members and store management
  • Participate in inventory management and cashiering duties
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and security

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and multitask effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
