Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and stock shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Follow cleaning standards and company policies effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multi-task efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
