Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, perform cashiering duties, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies, take inventory counts, and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
