Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support in-store operations
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
