Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) at all times.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and operational concerns to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
